The maintenance of components of vortex air pumps cannot be ignored

1. Engine: The fuel in the fuel tank should be drained completely, the lubricating oil in the engine should be drained completely, and clean lubricating oil should be injected.

2. Ignition system: Ensure that the battery is fully charged. Apply smooth grease or similar protection to both poles of the battery to prevent damage. If the equipment is stored in a place without heating, to prevent the electrode solution from thawing, remove the battery and store it in a warm place. The ignition system should not get damp.

3. Transmission system: Check whether the amount of lubricating oil is appropriate and prevent it from getting damp.

4. Cooling system: New antifreeze should be added;

5. Hydraulic system: It is necessary to check whether the amount of sealant and engine oil is appropriate. It is essential to prevent water from condensing in the hydraulic system.

6. Carburetor: All gasoline should be drained to prevent gum formation.

7. Rubber: To slow down aging, a protective material can be applied to the surface.

8. Metal surfaces: To prevent rust and corrosion, the surfaces of all equipment to be stored in winter should be coated with a layer of paint.

9. Cutting section: To prevent rust or dents, a thin layer of lubricating oil or grease should be applied to the newly ground roller blades and bed knives.

10. Sprayer: Open the liquid storage tank and keep it well-ventilated and dry. To prevent thawing, make sure there is no water in the pump cylinder.
