With a fierce tiger in heart, forge ahead fearlessly - A Record of Maokong Electromechanical's 2022 Annual Marketing Kick-off Conference

As the old saying goes: The Lantern Festival has passed, but the New Year is over!

At the beginning of the ongoing year, I'd like to remind everyone to get back to work! While concentrating, don't forget your passion. While being passionate, don't forget your own plans. While planning, don't forget your actions!

Taking this opportunity, the company also held a grand 2022 marketing kick-off conference at the beginning of the year, gathering all personnel from each department!

This year, we have also integrated some of the highlights from the previous year's kick-off conferences for everyone to recall together. What's different this year is that all the staff of the entire company are involved, no longer just marketing personnel, but are working together to strive for a goal in 2022!

In fact, everyone has latent power, but it's very easy:

- Concealed by habits;

-- Blurred by time;

- Worn down by inertia;

Of course, this meeting is not merely about inspiring and boosting morale. More importantly, under the premise of clarifying the goals, it is about sorting out some obstacles and misunderstandings in the course of action. I need to tell everyone that since the company's goals have been set, all we can consider is what to do, how to do it, and how to do it. We have gathered everyone together, taken a good rest, and started a new journey!

In response to the company's call, all of you were also divided into teams to compete. There are three teams of marketing personnel divided into regional affiliation, target structure and business content.

They are respectively

"Tiger and Wolf Team"

"Peak Rush Team"

"Flying Tigers"

Judging from the team names, everyone is hoping to be full of vigor and vitality in the Year of the Tiger, charging forward without hesitation!

Then there is the team composed of the personnel from our support system:

"Harbor Team"

Just as their team name and work imply, they quietly assist, support and dedicate themselves to all the marketers behind the scenes. Although the functional divisions are different, each team has its own significance to which it belongs. As the saying goes: Only by complementing each other can we complement each other!

Just as the future will belong to two kinds of people: those who think and those who work. In fact, these two kinds of people are the same kind of person, because thought is also labor.

And action is the noblest expression of reason in thought!

Immediately after, each team also gave a speech by the team leader and took the oath of the personnel, as well as speeches and oaths from the senior management. There was also Mr. Luo, the general manager from our partner Wanxin, sharing his participation experience and various scenes of Wanxin with us, and the chairman's concluding remarks were earnest and instructive...

Finally, Mr. Xiao led everyone to drink the farewell wine together! It is truly like the saying, "The wind is howling, the Yi River is cold; once a brave man departs, he will never return!"

Those who move forward, don't be afraid of those who are better than you.

In fact, when you always see people who are better than you, it indicates that you are on an upward path.
